Technical Details

涡轮是非常脆弱的精密组件。其在极度苛刻和严酷的条件下运行:高达 250000 RPM 的转速和 1100℃ 的灼热废气。不正确的工作条件、系统内的脏污和异物很容易造成涡轮增压器的损坏。

涡轮增压器的正常运行依赖于车辆中的多个系统。定期车辆保养、良好的发动机状况、正确的燃烧、以及发动机润滑系统、进气系统、排气系统(包括 EGR 和 DPF/催化剂,如适用)等系统的良好运行,对于涡轮增压器的正常运行和寿命而言至关重要。

润滑对于涡轮增压器的运行而言是最为关键的因素之一。其消除摩擦,冷却关键部件。如果涡轮增压器的润滑油流量不足,将加速涡轮增压器的磨损。
